Change
is not the villain
you made it out to be.
It is the quiet teacher
who shows up
when you’ve stayed too long
in the waiting room
of almost.
We fear it—
because we cannot name it,
cannot map it,
cannot pack a suitcase
for where it wants to take us.
But still—
it comes.
Change dares you
to stretch beyond the familiar,
to root deeper into truth,
to crack open,
so the light can find its way in.
So go on.
Let yourself outgrow
the container
you once called safe.
Let the unknown
be less of a threat
and more of a whispering song
leading you to the sunshine.
Once you feel change
on the horizon,
you can’t unknow it.
Truth will tap on your shoulder
until you answer.
Comfort may offer
perceived peace
but never expansion.
Change may bring chaos,
but it carries
the wild wind of possibility.
You are here
to grow,
to bloom,
and to rise.
Change is the beginning
masquerading as the end.
Be brave enough
to greet it
with an open heart,
eyes full of trust,
and a quiet kind of courage.
You are the only one
who knows
when it is time.
And when it is—
go.
Dear Readers,
Big news! My girls and I are officially moving to California. It’s a big change. One that felt hard in many ways. And yet, all three of us kept feeling the pull. So we listened because the heart always knows the way forward even before the mind does. This next chapter has been unfolding with a sense of ease and alignment that feels nothing short of magical. Everything is falling into place.
As we say goodbye to Asheville, I’m holding so much gratitude in my heart.
This place has been a powerful chapter for us. Asheville gifted us dear friendships, soulful teachers, and moments in nature that felt synchronistic. We leave with full hearts, carrying every lesson forward into this next adventure.
With love,
Grace
