We are entering a new year. Anything is possible. Allow your mind to wander and dream.
Clear out the past. Remember your power.
We control our lives by our thoughts. If we want our lives to be different in the future, we must change our thinking in the present.
Humans are living magnets. We radiate thought energy. We can attract into our lives the people and circumstances that harmonize with our dominant thoughts.
What do you want to attract in 2024? What goals are you aiming to achieve?
Think about what will improve your life. Find clarity. Here is a simple method:
Write down goals in the present tense. Be specific. For example, “I live in Costa Rica during the winter.”
Think about all areas of your life. Include goals for relationship, finance, career, health & wellness, travel, hobbies, etc. Keep writing as long as it’s something you feel will improve your life.
Visualize your goals continually as if you had already achieved them. Notice how that feels. By visualizing the desired outcomes, you create a clear mental image of what you want to achieve. This mental clarity helps people stay focused on their goals, increasing motivation and determination. It also generates positive emotions!

Thoughts on Worry
The seduction of worry is strong, but the mind is stronger. Worry is a sustained form of fear caused by indecision. It’s thinking or talking about what you don't want to happen. Worry is negative goal setting. The only antidote is purposeful action.
A method to deal with the average type of worry:
Define what you are worried about. Clearly write about it. Take the time to define the worry because proper diagnosis is half the cure.
Ask yourself what is the worst possible outcome of this situation? Get out some paper. On one side write a clear description of what you are worried about and on the other side write the worst possible outcomes or solutions. Write them all out if there are more than one worst case scenario.
Accept the worst if that occurs! This is the hardest step. It’s normal to want to control every aspect of life. The brain is wired that way for protection. However, once you accept whatever happens then you will have nothing to worry about.
Begin immediately to make sure the worst does not happen! Take action. Purposeful action. The more action you take, the more control you’ll have.
