You took me right there with you on the edge of this lake, amongst the trees. Nature really does have this power to bring us back into the present and to appreciate what is. Thank you for sharing. i
Yes! Being in the present moment is key. It's a practice though. And nature seems to have a way of always inviting us back to the present moment. Thanks for following along:)
I delighted in the farmers market, played car games on the drive, enjoyed the girls at the lake, felt the snug bed in the yurt, sensed the heaviness underneath. Your story was just what I needed tonight.
I felt the heaviness you bear but how the beautiful weekend supplied the lightness that you need. It transcended to me , especially with your awesome photos of that slow weekend. There will be more moments like this with your girls. ♥️
Yes, there is heaviness, but the unexpected gifts that continue to emerge keep me going. It helps me trust the process. I think life brings challenging moments to each of us throughout life. Our job is to simply accept what is and move forward the best we can. Raising children during the heavy moments is an invitation to root deeper into peace, love, joy, and gratitude. We all have an endless well of peace within. I can access that easier in nature. Sending you love from my heart to yours.
thank you for sharing your beautiful experience grace. this resonates deeply as i, too, am finding solace and peace in nature during a period of intense change. sending love to you and the girls!
I'm so happy to hear you are finding peace in nature. It truly can heal us if we allow it to. We just need to be open so we can receive. I'll hold you in my heart as you navigate this season of life. Sending so much love back to you!

Thank you! Nature is the ultimate teacher. She's so intelligent and always guiding us towards how to thrive in life.
Sounds like a beautiful weekend. Inspiring!
It was a beautiful weekend. Escaping to nature is always a good idea. The kids need it just as much as the adults.
Good luck with your surgery and recovery ❤️🩹
