1. Nervous System
2.Mental System
3.Emotional System
4.Energetic System
It said that Integration is about being able to align all four of those. It's not linear. It doesn't matter where the alignment starts. What's unique about nature is it has the ability to align all four for us if we spend enough time there.The vibration of nature is our natural state. Nature is a hack to slow down our thinking mind. ❤️🙏🏼
